2. Use of the Platform: The Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. By accessing or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.

3. User Accounts: In order to access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, submit, or otherwise make available on or through the Platform (“User Content”). By uploading, submitting, or making available User Content, you grant RichlyAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the operation of the Platform.

Intellectual Property: All content, features, and functionality on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the property of RichlyAI or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that, in RichlyAI’s sole discretion, is unlawful, offensive, harmful, or violates these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
– Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
– Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
– Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Third-Party Links: The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. RichlyAI is not responsible for the content or availability of these websites or resources, and does not endorse or warrant any products, services, or information offered by third parties.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RichlyAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall RichlyAI, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Richly AI Limited, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms: Richly AI Limited reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.
