Refund Eligibility:

• Paid Courses: You may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have not completed more than 25% of the course.

• Subscription Plans: Refunds are only available within 3 days of the first subscription payment.

• Live Training or Events: No refunds are issued for missed live sessions unless the event is canceled by us.

• Free Courses: Free resources and content are non-refundable by default.

How to Request a Refund:

• Your full name

• Course/Plan name

• Date of purchase

• Reason for the refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions:

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Course access abuse or violation of terms

• Completion of more than 25% of the course

• Downloads of course materials

We reserve the right to deny a refund if misuse is suspected.
