By purchasing a course, certificate, subscription, training package, or any other paid service on RichlyAI Learn, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
1. About This Refund Policy
RichlyAI Learn provides digital learning services, including online courses, AI-powered learning tools, quizzes, certificates, student dashboards, support resources, and related educational features.
Because our products are digital and access may be granted immediately after payment, refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, the level of course access used, payment status, and the reason for the refund request.
2. General Refund Principle
We want learners to have a fair and trustworthy experience on RichlyAI Learn.
However, once a learner has received access to a digital course, learning material, AI learning tool, certificate pathway, or downloadable/online educational content, refunds may be limited.
Unless otherwise stated on a specific course page, offer page, or checkout page, payments for digital course access are generally non-refundable after access has been granted, especially where the learner has started or completed the course.
3. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund review if:
- You were charged more than once for the same course or service.
- Your payment was successful, but access was not granted.
- You paid for the wrong course and have not accessed the course.
- The course you purchased is no longer available and no suitable alternative is provided.
- A technical issue from our side prevents you from accessing the course, and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable period.

- We approved a refund under a specific promotional, institutional, or written agreement.
Refunds are not automatic. Each request is reviewed based on the details of the transaction and platform usage.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where:
- You have already accessed a significant part of the course.
- You have completed the course.
- A certificate has already been issued.
- You downloaded, copied, or used course materials.
- You used AI tutor or learning assistant features connected to the paid course.
- You changed your mind after receiving access.
- You no longer have time to take the course.
- You purchased during a discount or promotional campaign marked as final.
- You failed to read the course description before purchase.
- You provided incorrect account or payment information.
- Your account was suspended for violating our Terms and Conditions.
- You submitted false, altered, or misleading payment proof.
- You shared your account or course access with another person.
- The issue was caused by your device, browser, internet connection, or third-party software.
- You requested a refund after the allowed refund request period.
5. Refund Request Period
Unless a course page or offer states otherwise, refund requests must be submitted within:
7 days from the date of payment
A request submitted after this period may be declined, especially where course access has already been granted or used.
For duplicate payments or clear billing errors, we may review the issue even after 7 days, depending on available payment records.
6. Course Access Before Refund Review
If you request a refund, RichlyAI Learn may temporarily suspend your access to the course or service while the request is being reviewed.
If a refund is approved:
- Your access to the refunded course may be removed.
- Any related certificate eligibility may be cancelled.
- Any issued certificate may be revoked or marked invalid.
- Any related learning progress may be retained or deleted according to our Privacy Policy and platform rules.
7. Digital Courses and Immediate Access
Many RichlyAI Learn courses provide immediate access after successful payment or admin approval.
By accessing a paid course, you acknowledge that the digital service has begun. This may reduce or remove your eligibility for a refund, especially where you have started lessons, used AI learning tools, attempted quizzes, or completed the course.
8. Certificates and Refunds
Refunds are generally not available after a certificate has been issued.
If a refund is approved after certificate issuance due to a special circumstance, RichlyAI Learn may:
- Cancel the certificate.
- Revoke the certificate.
- Remove it from public verification.
- Mark the certificate as invalid.
- Remove certificate-related access from your account.
A refunded course cannot normally remain certified.
9. Manual or Offline Payment Refunds
Where RichlyAI Learn accepts manual or offline payment proof, refund handling may depend on the payment method used.
For manual payments, we may request:
- Your full name.
- Account email.
- Course name.
- Amount paid.
- Payment date.
- Payment reference.
- Bank or payment details needed to process the refund.
- Copy of payment proof, where necessary.
Manual refunds may take longer than online card or gateway refunds because they may require verification and manual processing.
Submitting false or misleading payment proof may result in rejection of the refund request and suspension of your account.
10. Online Payment Refunds
For online payments made through a payment provider, approved refunds are usually returned through the original payment method where possible.

- You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but may not automatically refund past payments.

- Custom training fees may be non-refundable after preparation begins.

Refund arrival time depends on the payment method and payment provider. Manual payment refunds may take longer than online payment refunds.
