8. Payments, Pricing, and Access

Submitting false, altered, misleading, or fraudulent payment proof may result in account suspension, cancellation of enrollment, certificate revocation, or further action.

10. Refunds

Fees for digital course access may be non-refundable once access has been granted.

All content, branding, design, software, course materials, AI learning flows, graphics, logos, certificates, text, videos, quizzes, layouts, and platform features are owned by RichlyAI Learn, RichlyAI, or our licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for learning purposes.
